Frequently asked questions

How does your product/service work?

I offer customizable paid advertising services in flexible arrangements to fit your unique needs. My process is straightforward and approachable.

Submit a contact form or email me. We'll set up a time to chat and assess your needs. If we seem like a good match and find mutual benefit in working together, we can sign an NDA and a contract. Then I'll get to work for you.

How much does it cost?

My pricing varies depending on your unique circumstances. I offer a variety of options to fit your needs and budget.

My rate is typically charged on a billable hour basis. Why? I find this to be the most advantageous and flexible arrangement for myself and my clients.

Please contact me for more information as my prices and pricing structure are highly customized per client.

And no, this isn't an attempt to give you a demo or sell you anything. I'm a one man marketing operation and simply need to understand your needs.

Are there any marketing services that you do not offer today?

My services span paid advertising functions and related work. I do not offer search engine optimization (SEO), organic social media management, social listening, market research, or any other non-performance marketing solutions.

What if it's not working out?

All my contracts offer a 30 day out-clause. If you're not happy with me or my work, you can execute that clause.

Do you offer refunds?

No.

How can I contact you?

You can reach me by email at inquiry@genekimball.com or by filling out the contact form. I are always happy to answer your questions.

Do you guarantee outcomes?

No. I do not. Similar to investing in the stock market, marketing involves risk and I cannot guarantee outcomes.

But I can say that, if we work together, I work for you - as an extension of your team or brand. My goal isn't to scam anyone but to do honest, rewarding work with good people.

Do you offer a free trial period?

No. Why? I'm a bootstrapped small business owner with bills to pay.

Are you a specialist or a generalist?

I am a generalist with a specialty in digital marketing.

Can you work outside of the USA?

No. Unfortunately not. My clients must be headquartered in the United States.
